Michel De Wolf is honorary chairman of the Belgian Institute of Registered Auditors (IBR / IRE) and of the International Federation of French-speaking Accountants and Auditors (FIDEF).

Michel is regularly consulted for advising, restructuring, negotiation or conflict resolution missions with financial stake, both for individuals and companies (SMEs or multinationals). He is a specialist in high-level tax advice, financial analysis, corporate law and accounting standards.

Besides working with the corporate world, he has an experience of over 20 years in the not-for-profit sector, both as auditor and consultant for a significant number of NGOs based in Belgium and abroad. His knowledge of the demands of the subsidizing authorities and his adaptation to the audited structures let him to pursue audits in this field across different continents.

He regularly publishes articles and books at the cutting edge of business law and management sciences.
